Academic Registrar
The Office of the Academic Registrar is mainly responsible for providing the administrative services in support of learning and teaching missions for students and teaching staff within the University.
Areas of responsibility include admissions, enrolments, coordination of undergraduate and postgraduate schedules of units, the conduct of University examinations, student discipline and grading appeal reviews, maintenance of academic records and transcripts, and conduct of graduation ceremonies.
Other primary responsibilities of the Registrar’s group include provision of distance and continuing education programs, University support services such as career development, health and counselling, production of printed materials, management of corporate records and archiving, and dissemination of Academic Senate policies and procedures. Secretariat services are provided for the University Council and Academic Senate and their committees.Links to the main Registrar's departments are shown in the right hand panel.
