TAFE Graduates and Associate Degrees
Applications for Semester 1, 2009 are now open for the Bachelor of Science.
Please note that Macquarie University only recognises complete TAFE qualifications. Qualifications which Macquarie University recognise for admissions purposes include
- AQF Accredited Awards (eg. Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree and Certificate IV)
- TAFE Associate Diplomas
To gain admission into Macquarie University after the completion of TAFE Qualifications, applicants should apply directly to the University Admissions Centre except in the direct application below.
Macquarie University also offers direct applications for TAFE NSW Graduates to
- Bachelor of Science
- Bachelor of Teaching (Birth to School Age)
Bachelor of Science (For TAFE NSW Graduates only)
TAFE NSW Graduates who have completed a Diploma in a related field of study can apply directly to Macquarie University for admission to the Bachelor of Science.Application Process

Bachelor of Teaching (Birth to School Age) (For TAFE Graduates)
Applications for Semester 2 2008 are now closed. For applications for Semester 2 2009 please refer back to this website in April 2009.
Applicants who have completed an AQF Diploma of Community Services (Childhood Based Care) with at least 12 months experience as a qualified child care worker can apply for direct admission into Bachelor of Teaching (Birth to School Age).
