Non-Award Study

Applications for Admission to an Undergraduate Degree Course in First Half-Year 2010 from Macquarie University Non-Award Studies should be lodged through the Universities Admissions Centre on-line application process.

Non-award enrolment is available in undergraduate units on a tuition-fee-paying basis. Students enrol in one or more University units (subjects), undertaking a study load at a pace that suits their needs.

Enrolment at the University in single units is named non-award because a student is not currently enrolled for an award, that is, a degree, diploma or certificate program at Macquarie University. The credit-point value of Non-award units successfully completed can be included in a Macquarie degree..

Students cannot enter any other Macquarie undergraduate degrees through the Non-Award program. However it is possible to transfer to other degree programs after attainment of specific progress requirements.
